Life is a Gift
"Do not underestimate yourself by comparing yourself with others. It’s our differences that make us unique & Beautiful."
The Hungry Python
The Hungry Python

A
woman from India had a peculiar pet she owned in her house, with a
4-meter long python that she loved and adored. But she was surprised
that one day the python suddenly stopped eating.
The
snake’s lack of appetite caught the attention of the snake owner, and
after many attempts of feeding her pet, she felt like she needed to
bring the snake to the vet.

The
vet listened and carefully asked the woman “Does your snake sleep with
you at night, wrap around you closely and spread out throughout its
length?”
Expecting it to be good news, the woman
answered “Yes, yes! It does it every day and it makes me so sad because I
see it asking something of me, and I cannot help it feel better.”
But then the vet answered “Madam, your python is not sick. It’s preparing to eat you.
Every
time it creeps and hugs you, wrapping around your body, it’s checking
your size to weigh how big a meal you are and how it should get prepared
before attack. And yes, it doesn’t eat in order to make enough space to
digest you more easily.”
The lesson of the story:
Be careful with people who you let close to you. For you’ll never
know what their true intentions may be. Always see beyond their motives.
